David Dickert
Founder
David Dickert is a dedicated esports professional, educator, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in building and managing collegiate esports programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University and began his career working in political offices before transitioning to teaching and esports. After attending Texas Tech Law School in 2019, he pursued a teaching career at Coronado High School in Lubbock, TX, before moving into collegiate esports leadership.
David played a key role in developing Stephen F. Austin Esports into a recognized program before becoming the Esports Coordinator & Program Director at the University of Southern Mississippi. Over the past three years, he has overseen 26 teams across various esports titles and has helped the program achieve milestones such as reaching world quarterfinals in 2024.
